Shelf Life: Please consume within the day of purchase or according to the recommended best-before-date label on the packaging.
Ingredient: : Water, white chocolate compound, whipping cream, snowskin premix flour (14.3%), glucose syrup, glutinous rice flour, red bean nibs (2.8%), butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, matcha powder (1.1%), bamboo charcoal powder (0.6%) and salt.
Storage Condition:
- Store the snow skin mooncakes immediately in the refrigerator at 0–4°C upon receiving and consume before the expiry date stated on the packaging.
- For leftover snow skin mooncakes, store them in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days or until the expiry date — whichever comes first.
- Keep the snow skin mooncakes away from direct sunlight and non-ventilated environments (e.g. car boots)
