Delivery Policy

  1. Prices for all products and delivery services are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.

  2. Delivery area applicable to selected areas in Klang Valley only.

  3. Delivery hours: 11:30am to 09:30pm (May vary depending on location & occasion).

  4. Prices of this menu are the same as all Komugi Malaysia Outlets and are subject to change without prior notice.

  5. All products in the promotional combos and bundles are fixed.

  6. Promotional combo or bundle for our Service and Komugi Malaysia Outlets may differ.

  7. Visuals shown are for illustration purposes only.

  8. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

  9. Upon processing orders, Komugi Malaysia will get in touch with customers to confirm the delivery date and time. For a successful delivery, Komugi Malaysia requires a full address, a valid contact number, sender & recipient’s name. The full address requires the exact unit number, floor number, full street name, neighborhood, city, state, and postcode.

  10. Komugi Malaysia will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

    1. Recipient is not present at the address given at the time which the delivery was requested to take place.

    2. The address given was incorrect or incomplete.

    3. Cannot locate the said recipient at the given address.

    4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.

    5. In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

    6. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made

    7. Weather-driven delivery delays.

  11. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Komugi Malaysia will not be held liable for any claims.

  12. Multiple products for delivery to the same venue at the same time, under the same customer bill will be charged a one-time delivery fee. Deliveries to multiple venues, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.

  13. For each order, the delivery weight limit is 40 kg with a maximum package size of 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m. Due to Whole Cakes are fragile, each order maximum delivers 2 whole cakes.

  14. Should there be a request to redirect orders, a reasonable administration fee may be charged. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

  15. No cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances are being accorded on a case-by-case basis. A reasonable administration fee is payable for each amendment done to the order.

  16. In the event where scheduled order item is out of stock, Komugi Malaysia will contact you to arrange for a replacement. It is our responsibility to replace a similar product of equal or lesser value.

  17. Upon confirmation of delivery, a tracking code will be provided to customers. Komugi Malaysia will either utilize the delivery service from Lalamove or Grab Express to deliver the orders subject to their service availability.
