Choco Mint Crispy Pearl Snow Skin Mooncake

Shelf Life: Please consume within the day of purchase or according to the recommended best-before-date label on the packaging.
Ingredient: Dark chocolate compound (21.6%),whipping cream, snowskin premix flour (14.1%), glucose syrup, water, crunchy pearl (9.1%), mint paste (6.1%), glutinous rice flour, butter and vegetable shortening.  

Storage Condition:

• Store the snow skin mooncakes immediately in the refrigerator at 0–4°C upon receiving and consume before the expiry date stated on the packaging.
• For leftover snow skin mooncakes, store them in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days or until the expiry date — whichever comes first.
• Keep the snow skin mooncakes away from direct sunlight and non-ventilated environments (e.g. car boots)
