What is the collection method for Komugi Malaysia online order?

We are available with pre-order, delivery and pick-up service via WhatsApp to our outlet’s mobile number.

What is the order lead time and cut-off time for Komugi Malaysia online order?

  • Pre - Order Service:
    • Pre-order lead time: 3 days before the actual delivery day
    • Pre-order cut-off time: 03:00pm daily
  • Delivery Service:
    • Delivery order time: 09:00am – 05:00pm (daily excluding weekend & public holidays)
    • Delivery time slots: 11:30am – 09:30pm
  • Pick Up Service:
    • Pick Up order time: 09:00am – 05:00pm (daily excluding weekend & public holidays)
    • Pick Up time slots: 10:00am – 10:00pm

What is the step/procedure of Komugi Malaysia online order?

  • Step 1: Confirm your order and delivery location.
  • Step 2: Place your order via WhatsApp.
  • Step 3: Upon receiving your order, our person in charge will pass your order to the nearest Komugi Outlet to your delivery location to proceed.
  • Step 4: Upon confirmation, our outlet personnel will call/WhatsApp you the details and you may proceed with your payment via online banking.
  • Step 5: Enjoy your order!

Are Komugi Malaysia products Halal Certified?

Yes. All Komugi Malaysia products are Halal Certified.

Any allergen contained in Komugi Malaysia Products?

Our products may contain eggs, glutens, dairy products, soybeans, and nuts.

Are Komugi Malaysia products suitable for vegetarians?

Our products may not be suitable for vegetarians as they may contain fish gelatine and meat.

Is custom writing available for Komugi Malaysia Whole Cakes?

Custom writing services are only available for orders placed 3 (THREE) days in advance.

Is customization applicable to Komugi Malaysia Whole Cakes?

We are not providing the service of customization for whole cakes.

Our outlets will pack the products individually into boxes or plastic bags to ensure the products to arrive our customers safely.

What can I do if I receive my order wrongly/damaged?

For any delivery feedback, please snap a photo of the product’s condition and purchase receipt and get in touch with the Komugi Malaysia outlet stated on the receipt. Alternatively, email your order details to online.shop@komugi.com.my and our person in charge will get back to you within 3 (THREE) working days.

How long can Komugi Malaysia orders be kept for consumption?

Komugi products are best consumed immediately upon receiving from the delivery in order to enjoy at its freshest delight.

How to cancel/exchange/refund for Komugi Malaysia WhatsApp order?

There will be no cancellations, exchanges nor refunds for all online orders. Details, please refer to our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.
