We commit ourselves to offer natural, handmade, fresh and quality breads, cakes, pastries and confectioneries imbued with true Japanese quality culture and tradition.
We believe the best bread is made from the best ingredients. KOMUGI uses only the finest bread flours from Japan, giving its breads a unique flavour and natural softness. No artificial additives and preservatives are used, so it's best to consume all breads within 2 days of purchase.
Why our breads taste so good? Every ingredient is wholesome and natural, so the delicious taste and natural goodness come through!
We care for your health as much as ours! We use no bread softener, which is commonly used in bread making, nor any antiseptic, preservatives, emulsifiers or stabilizers in our bread making process.
Why are our breads suitable for consumption by vegetarians? Because we do not use animal fats & animal-derived food ingredients.
